In the United States, more represented chain hotels such as Hilton, Ritz, Kempinski, etc. in European cities are also common hotels of famous chains, but opened a lot of cozy and family-type hotels. Another difference between Russian and foreign hotels is the list of services. In our hotels the level of service is not high enough, as abroad customers are more attentive and friendly. Any request is executed quickly and without problems. It is also possible to distinguish such differences as the design of the exterior and interior space. It is believed that foreign hotels pay more attention to this, especially with regard to the arrangement of the territory. Among other differences, it is worth noting that in Russian hotels is not well worked out check-in procedure. Many claim and unprofitable for guests the ratio of the cost of renting a room and the quality of service. Nevertheless, the domestic hotel business has great potential and does not stop developing, which indicates changes for the better in the near future.
