How should you use your time?

Also as money, time is a resource. However, this unique resource. It’s intangible. It, unlike money, you cannot borrow, save, or stock up on it for the future. Time cannot be purchased, it cannot hold, pause. At any moment, when we do not think about time, or think about it, it inevitably expires. Our life becomes shorter every second. And I believe that this time should be used with maximum benefit.

Very often we are distracted by something. The time we can spend working, improving skills, we spend on something useless.

It`s of the vital importance for me to have a strict timetable and manage my time reasonably. So I have some methods of time budgeting and fitting all the things into my week.

Fistly, I don`t rely on my memory alone. I always write a so-called “to-do list” for each day. To put on paper what you have to do and when, I think, this is the most effective method of time allocation. I have my day planner where every day before bed, or in the morning, I record goals for today. Then I decide on the best order to do things. I usually use numbers to signal which things on my list are the most urgent or important. Is that if I`m really convinced that what I have to do is essential, it will be easier for me to say `no` to things I`m not responsible for.

The following thing is that I always that my energy level greatly depends on the time of the day. As for me, I`m a evening bird, so it`s far easier to do inportant tasks in the evening.

The next method is the following. If I can`t fit all my activiies into my timetable, I try to be multitasking. Example, I try to do the ironing while watching TV, study my test while having a meal.

I believe that these methods are extremely effective, and recommend them to all.

Rational organization of time can put before us a lot of problems, but at the same time open a broad perspective.
