«A special dish, eaten in your family on a special day»

Cake is an international special dish in all the families in the world, so in mine too. However, it's so obvious, and I'm going to talk about the second special dish in my family. He came to my family a long time ago, but he's just as important as the cake. We call it the potty.

The pot is a native dish for my family, so we decided to make it our special dish. It has this name because of the special pot in which it is prepared. Don't know how often it is prepared in Russia, but we rarely cook it, but a lot. We get together and prepare it, so it shows the true unity of the family. My family eats it in the evening, when the whole family together. They cook a lot of pots, side dishes, vegetables and eat at the same table, all together.

I don't know how to cook this dish, but mom knows. She loves to cook but pot is her passion. She puts her whole heart into this dish. The pot doesn't have a specific recipe, but my mother has it in her head.

We usually use some popular vegetables, beef, cheese, mayonnaise, mushrooms to cook it. It takes a long time to make this delicious thing, but it's worth it.

Usually we prepare it for the new year's holiday, when the whole family gathers. To spend the old year and celebrate the new year. In any case, cooking this dish brings people together, making their relationship stronger and leaves a couple of good memories in the heart, and I hope that one day you will try to make this dish with your whole family!
