In the XXI century each person can become successful. The computers provide a plenty of opportunities to get success. We can get any data instantly and freely share our own knowledge. Nowadays we can achieve something by developing our talents or providing people necessary services or knowledge.

In my opinion, sales skills are highly important. It does not matter what kind of business you run. Everything is connected with sales. We can sale our time, labor, talent or our goods and services.

The time-management is an essential skill. Time is the most precious resource. We can’t save it or make up for it. We should learn to manage our time. The delegation can help us to save time on routine things.

The relationship building is vital. We should know how to start a conversation, to win somebody over, to have a small talk and to listen carefully. We need it to look for partners, clients and the team building. The efficient communicating requires psychology knowledge.

Many people tend to believe that self-confidence is an inherited characteristic. In fact we can develop it. This skill helps to adequately analyze a situation, assess conditions and opportunities. As a result it helps to achieve a goal. Believing in yourself is a key to success.

The leadership is significant. Even if you are not going to become a head of the company, you should be able to lead at least two people. The leadership implies the ability to take the responsibility, make decisions and advocate for your point of view. People want to be sure that they can rely on their leader.

To sum up I can that modern people should have a lot of skills to become successful and stand up from others.
