Firstly, those people who occupy a leadership position in the 21st century, should have a special resistance to emerging problems of all kinds, should be able to solve them competently and without unnecessary losses, properly organizing their group or team.

Secondly, the character of the leader in modern society is dominated by the following qualities: the ability to always achieve their goals, resorting to methods that entail both positive and negative consequences, responsibility for every act. The natural leader must have the ability to think originally and correctly express their thoughts, as well as charisma.

By nature, a person does not become a leader, he is born to be a leader. After all, people who have the ability to lead, begin to show them in childhood. Many parents have noticed that some children are open-minded, they more purposeful and able to motivate.

Finally, the modern world cannot do without a leader. Because there are people who need a person who can help them achieve their goals and help them to overcome all the difficulties encountered on their way.
