The Changing of my neighborhood.

I live in a new modern area of Cheboksary, near the Volga river. Previously, there was a large ravine and small cottages. But more than 6 years ago, construction of a modern residential neighborhood began here. New homes are still being built here, and more and more people are coming to live here because of nice and comfortable apartments with good views of the horizon.

There are many different shops, cafes, and even a bank and hospital. So in general, we have a very developed infrastructure. Near the house there is a large sports stadium and a recreation area. It features a swimming pool that is open in summer and winter. In each yard there are colorful and interesting playgrounds. In summer we have various world events, bachata dances, a sales fair, and bicycle rentals for children.

There is a small park near my house. It has trees of various breeds, a small pond and a fountain. There is also a small greenhouse where rare plants are grown and sold to those who want to enjoy the exotic flora. In summer, you can enjoy the fresh air with the aromas of flowers and trees, and in winter, there are slides for children.

As our neighborhood becomes the center, you can't be afraid to go home late because there are a lot of people outside. If you come to live in Cheboksary-my neighborhood is the best! You can live here for a long time, because there are many children's places and a lot of space, and the hospital is nearby. This is a good place to raise your children. You can buy a large apartment at a good price, but only if you find a vacant one, because people here quickly buy apartments.

The construction of our district is not finished yet. My neighbors and I hope that they will build a Mall and a winter ice rink. The construction of a kindergarten and school is still ahead. We are very happy to live in such a cozy and modern area!
