My Future Profession Is A Manager

Last few months I started to think a lot about my future profession. It’s not so easy how I thought before. But if you start to think what job you would like to have to be happy, it seems much easier.

When I thought about different professions, I realized that it would be good to work with people and documents. If you are smart, communicative, easy to study, then your vocation is to be a manager. It is my vocation. As you understood in future I would like to be a manager in one big company.

It’s not about to become a boss, but I want to stay around people. I want to teach them what I know, to control their job, to be responsible and sign some documents and to control all the processes. I think I am pretty good for this job.

I can not tell you what exactly duties I have to do. Every company and every manager have different responsibilities. The easiest way is to work in one small shop. There I can get some experience with colleagues and customers. Later on you can move on to a bigger shop. At the end you are able to manage in one company.

Don’t think it’s an easy job. You have to be very responsible and respect people. Sometime you may lose your patience, but you have to remember, the manager is a face of the team and company. You will sure have heads, and you will be one of them. It depends on you if your team has good colleagues.

In future I see my life full of challenges. I am not the only who want to be a manager. That’s why today I read different facts in internet, watch video to understand what a manager needs to have to be a good one.

I am very purposeful, responsible, stress resistant and organize my day and duties very well. I like to learn new things and I am ready to help other people. These are the qualities of a good manager I think.
