MODERN CONCEPT OF MANAGMENT

Today, there are various methods and various concepts of modern management. Nowadays, a Manager who knows how to organize work within the framework of modern management is said to be a Manager who knows his business.

The entire management process can be expressed by the functions of planning, organization, control, and motivation. They are linked by communication and decision-making processes.

Absolutely every Manager, when creating his company, sets for himself the main tasks and directions in business development and getting results.

Skilful use and application of the concept of modern management in practice is the creation of a solid Foundation based on scientific approaches, creating a process, system and situational approach, which are the key to the successful development of the enterprise.

Each created enterprise goes through a certain stage of development, which consists of certain stages, and the head of this enterprise must clearly understand that for the successful functioning and development of the enterprise, to achieve success, it is necessary to have available and certain resources.

The first resource that a Manager uses is their own time. The second resource, which is the main one, is Finance, that is, start-up capital. Creating an enterprise cannot do without capital. The Manager must clearly know and plan the future situation for making a profit, further investment of capital, the ability to properly manage the loan, control the market situation, and be able to analyze and control business processes.

Planning is a mandatory step in this process, and no enterprise is complete without the labor of employees. During the development of the enterprise, there is a stage for the recruitment of qualified specialists and labor, and each Manager must be able to manage people.

In the process of work, the company acquires tools, equipment, computers, and so on to perform certain work - these assets are called fixed assets and making decisions on their acquisition is part of the management mission.

A significant role in the development and functioning of the enterprise is assigned to information, that is, information about the company's activities (advertising, placement on Internet resources, and so on).

No enterprise activity can do without these management resources.

Every Manager should know certain management functions:

First of all, plan - set a goal, prepare activities that in turn were aimed at achieving the necessary goals. The second is the organization of the work process, to create conditions and achieve goals, to motivate employees with the overall goal of making a profit.

No process in the work is complete without control, which in turn ensures the achievement of goals. In General, the functions of management consist in the ability to plan, organize work, control, manage people, create conditions for them and motivate them to achieve the organization's goals.

The modern concept of management is the basis for the main scientific approaches, which distinguish three approaches to the study of management: process, system and situational approach. This system reflects the process management system, the way of thinking and approaches to the modern system and the ability to choose certain rules and methods of approach and the ability to correctly assess management and production situations.

Given the above, we can say that modern management concepts characterize modern management problems. Without knowledge of these problems, it is impossible to build ways and methods of building the organization and functioning of the enterprise.
