In my opinion, leaders should have an optimistic outlook. A leader must be ambitious and he be able to solve various tasks quickly. A leader should have a healthy self- esteem . The leader should give everyone an opportunity to express their opinion. If the leader does not take into account the opinion of others , very soon there will be a protest against the leader. Leader must be active. Even if you have all the qualities said earlier, but you have no activity, there is no leader among you. You must participate everywhere, present ideas, strive for perfection. The title of leader must be earned. You need to be able to lead the team, to show what they need to achieve, but at the same time not to overestimate too much self-esteem.
