How to become a good banker?

I want to start with the fact that the name of the profession comes from the Italian "banco" (the table on which money changers laid out coins). And bankers were those who worked at the table. The work of bankers was performed by usurers, who for a long time carried out a popular operation – lending.

I believe that properly managing financial flows, managing loans and loans is the direct responsibility of bankers .As well as professional duties of a Bank employee include consulting, customer service of a financial institution, analytical activities, forecasting and planning.

In my opinion, this profession is one of the most promising and useful for society. I also want to say that today many colleges and universities train bankers, but not all graduates of such institutions become professionals in their chosen field. Someone has enough secondary professional education in this area ,and someone is so interested in it that they go to the bachelor's degree ,and some even to the master's degree .

What can I say about the career ladder, it can start with the position of an ordinary accountant or Manager, and then move to a managerial position.

Of course, this will require quite a lot of time and effort .After all, you will need to get work experience and prove yourself to your superiors.

The main thing is not to lose heart)

I will also say about the personal qualities of Bank employees ,such a specialist should have such qualities as responsibility, honesty and decency. The banker is also characterized by such qualities as attentiveness,patience,purposefulness,sociability,discipline.

I believe that a banking specialist can achieve success if they have the ability to think analytically, respond quickly to unexpected situations and find the best solutions, strive for self-education and clearly perform their professional duties. This work is very well paid , which in many ways justifies its complexity.

In conclusion to the above, I will say that the world does not stand still and of course to keep up with the times we need to further study this area , improve ourselves ) because the accumulated experience and knowledge will never be superfluous, and can easily be useful in our daily life .
