Do you think slowing down the Internet would increase or decrease stress?

Could slow the Internet to reduce stress? I remember a time when the speed of the Internet was so low that I had to wait a long time to download one picture, and watch a video or a movie was completely unreal. I tried to avoid a long wait and used the Internet mainly only for communication in messengers. That was enough for me. I could not even dream that it would be possible to be calm, without a long wait to watch my favorite movie or interesting videos. Did I enjoy the long wait? Did I have more free time while waiting for the download? No. I just waited and looked at the monitor and was nervous. It was impossible to distract and do something else. It's very annoying.

Now, when the speed of the Internet is fast, I no longer care about this problem. I had the opportunity to watch movies in good quality, view photos of friends, and download books. I can even learn online by watching training videos. When I have to wait for stress, I get nervous and get really angry. Because the forced delay causes me to be distracted and it's very irritating to my nervous system.

Of course,  if you sit around the clock on the Internet, it is bad for the psyche, increase irritability, the brain just gets tired of a lot of information, so be sure to be distracted and relax in real life. Read non-electronic books, meet friends and walk in park. Do not completely immerse yourself in virtual reality. Good speed gives us access to unlimited information resources, but we need to know the measure and then fast Internet will serve for the benefit and will be a good helper in achieving our goals.
