«What specific things can you do to achieve your goal?»

My goal is to have less stress in my life. First of all, I want to achieve this goal, because stress is everywhere in our life. If you want to be successful at work, you will have to overcome all difficults and this is kind of stress. There is only one way to fill less stress in this case, is to get used to this life, it means changing your attitude towards the situation. To achieve this aim you need to change the way of thinking.

People themselves colored occasions to black or white and choose how to feel about the events in their life. So all we need to do is to be positive and calm enough to be in balance inside. That is specific things you should do to reach the goal. This will help you to become more stress-resistant.
