The Changing of my neighborhood

I live in the Northern district of the small town of Petropavlovsk.

I like my neighborhood because it is located on the banks of the river Ishim. And on the other side is woods. Therefore, even in the heat of our neighborhood fresh and cool.

But still in my neighborhood is still a lot that needs to be done to become even better. For example, there needs to be a center of culture and leisure. Still need to decide on its improvement.
