The Changing of my neighborhood

Changes in our lives are inevitable. Everything is changing. We change ourselves. Of course, the city and district in which I live are changing.

I moved to the city center when I was a kid. This was in the 90 years of the 20th century. I moved from a residential area of the city. It was a typical Russian city center. Low-rise old houses. Narrow street. Many of the homes were in disrepair. The houses were of different eras - the buildings of tsarist Russia, the Soviet era, and new buildings from the time of perestroika. Now the city center has been transformed. Facades of old buildings have been repaired. The Central square began to be decorated in accordance with the events that are held on it. There are many benches in the alley. Free wi-fi is available in public areas.Sidewalks have been repaired. Parks and squares are equipped. People are happy to visit them, walk with children and dogs. But there are also unpleasant moments. There were a lot of cars in the yards. Cars occupy all playgrounds, sidewalks, yards. Playgrounds are organized for children, but there are very few of them . Entrances to courtyards are blocked by barriers. Territories of houses try to protect as much as possible. Now the issue of security is very acute. Modern video surveillance systems are installed. Electronic access keys to the local network are used. New houses are being built . But there is very little free land in the city centers . The houses are close to each other. And as a result, there are not enough Parking spaces for everyone. There are conflicts.

It is clear that districts, cities, and people change over time. They change both for good and for bad. But this is inevitable. We can only adapt to these changes and accept them. Enjoy these changes. Because life does not stand still and changes and with it we change ourselves and everything around us.
