What specific things can you do to achieve your goal?

I wanted to learn to speak English fluently a very long time ago. I like to communicate with different people, but the language barrier is a problem. To achieve my goal, I have taken a number of measures.

Despite strong employment, I decided to go again to study at the Institute. I made a journal of long-term and short-term goals. I try to stick to them. The goals are for the whole week. Even if I can't do day-to-day work, my goal is to do it by the end of the week. I choose to say no. My family sometimes puts their responsibilities on me. I tell them " no " when they can do their own thing. I check my email three times a day. I'm used to being distracted by every message. I optimized my time to receive messages. Sometimes I work 8 hours without breaks. It's very tiring. At the end of the day I feel very tired. I try to take 10-minute breaks every 2 hours. In this mode, fatigue accumulates less. I noticed for myself. When I'm multitasking and often switch from one task to another, I won't solve anything as a result. I try as long as possible not to switch and finish one thing and then start another. In this mode, you solve more problems and spend less time. I have a diary in which I write down plans for the day, week, month, year. I set myself priorities for the day, and it is important for me to fulfill them. I leave the solution of minor problems on my free time for a week or a month. So I have time to do the main thing in my life. But also trifles do not remain without attention.

These are not difficult ways I go to achieve my goal. And I think I can do it.
