My Home

Five years ago, I moved with my family to a new house.  It is far from the city.  There are thermal springs, a river, a forest and several volcanoes next to my house.  Not far from my house are a few more houses.  Our neighbors are a traditional Karyak family and an elderly American (he came to Kamchatka from California).
There are five floors in my house and it is divided into two large parts.  We live in the first part of the house.  There are eight rooms, including three bedrooms, a library, a guest room, a dining room, a gym, a winter garden and a father's office.  In addition, in the first part of the house, there are several bathrooms and toilets, a large kitchen, a sauna, an indoor pool, a laundry room, a boiler room and a large room where my mother paints pictures.  The building is made of ecological materials and is safe for health.  I like the design of my house.  It was designed by a German designer.
The second part of the house is an elite hotel.  There are 15 spacious rooms, a laundry room, three staff rooms, a restaurant, a mother's picture gallery, a small shop, a gym, a sauna and a spa.  This is our seed business.  Next to my house is a swimming pool with thermal water.  And this year we started the construction of water slides.  There is also a covered parking, garage for boats and a place for barbecue.
There are always noisy people in my house.  People from all over the world come to our hotel all the time.  They are Americans, Germans, and Japanese.  A few years ago, Prime Minister Dmitriy Anatolevich Medvedev stayed in our hotel.
I love my house.  It is very large, but at the same time cozy.  I hope that I will live in it for many more years.
