How to become a good manager?

Probably, it is rhetorical question, there is no universal recipe, you cannot be good for everybody. Here, you can find some unwritten rules about it.

First of all, you need to be punctual, responsible and polite. Sometimes you need to be quiet and keep your thoughts in yourself. Don’t show your real emotions to nobody, because it can be dangerously for you. People can think, that you are inadequate or not healthy. Stay with poker face in all troubles with clients or colleges. Be friendly, all yourself problems, you must stay at home. Ten times think before tell something. Be already for uncomfortable questions. Be online all-time, if you really want to be good manager, you must work a lot of. Don’t make hard decisions fast, think twice or more. Don’t make decisions on emotions. Do not interfere work with personal. Leave intrigues for intriguers. Do not listen gossip. Don’t be a lazy. Make the do list and firstly do not your favorite job, some reports, documents or some boring stuff. Be professional in everything, and if you don’t know something, asking your boss or Google 😊. It is very short list of rules, because it is very individual for everybody. Just listen yourself, love your job and be nice. And sometimes you will see how it works for you.
