This process can include manipulation of various resources: human, financial, natural, technological, etc. Apart from organizing entities, management uses other functions, such as forecasting, planning, staffing, controlling, actuating, commanding.

Management is a control system. Its essence is to achieve the final result of the organization's activities with maximum efficiency. And the production of goods and services, the volume of this production, the range and quality of goods depend on how developed the management is. Management is carried out on the basis of knowledge not only obtained during studies at the university, but also those that were acquired in practical work. The essence of management is to combine knowledge and actions, which must complement each other and develop.

People, who have the responsibility to manage small firms or large companies, are either directors or managers. Meanwhile, a manager is a professional in organizing production, service. He must be a real expert in his field in order to bring maximum profit and benefit to the company. Manager must have such qualities as: leadership, decisiveness, professionalism, presentability etc.

Based on all that has been said, we can draw a conclusion. The profession is very promising. A manager’s job includes tasks that need to be completed in order for the organization to achieve its goals. The job of a manager is one of the rare examples when personal qualities of character are at the same time professional. It is a lot to say on this subject, but we have not talked, we always come to one conclusion that the manager is a person with a number of valuable essential qualities that help him in carrying out his professional duties.

I think that choosing a career and getting a job are two of the most important things anyone does in life. The are many career prospects nowadays, but according to statistics, the leading place is occupied by management. In the 21 century, it is important for companies as well as commercial enterprises to have a professional manager. I think that it's hard work. After all, not everyone is able to assume responsibility for the existence, the vital activity of the organization as a whole, and individual employees.
