The changing of my neighborhood

My neighborhood has undergone small but significant changes lately. This is because I live near the center.

The first thing that made me happy was that worker laid paving slabs next to the playground and new asphalt. Now I can safely ride a bicycle with my friends in the vicinity. Electricians also installed street lights on my street that shine late in the evening and early in the morning. Now it is more convenient and calmer to return home without fear of come across something and fall. Our neighbors have cut down almost all the trees, only small ones remained. But we don't touch our big and high tree, because it is very beautiful. Under its crown we place a bench in the summer. However, this winter, one of the two large branches broke due to the snow.

Opposite my house was a very abandoned house, in the garden of which there were many plants and tall bushes, like in the jungle or forest. In my childhood, we used to play there all the time and have a picnic. And my grandparents used to graze cattle there. Now a beautiful house was built there, in the yard of which a wonderful german shepherd lives. More and more large beautiful houses were built last year on our and nearby streets.

Also in my area there is a stadium. Recently it was made better and more modern, a new building was built for sports clubs. Thanks to this, imy mom and I want to do more sports there.

The District House of culture is located a few meters from us. It has changed for the better in recent years. The scene was updated, lighting effects were added and the area in front of it became more attractive thanks to the lawn and new plants.

Near our house there are several small shops and a pharmacy where you can buy the most necessary things. A large supermarket and confectionery have appeared where I can find everything I need or don't need.

In conclusion, I want to say that I like my neighborhood more than others. It is calm, beautiful and located near the center.
