«Pressure in our world»

How often do we come home from school, from work, not in the best mood? The answer is simple-in most cases. So why is this happening? This is because we are under pressure and stress. These feelings creep up to us unnoticed and drive us into depression and unwillingness to do anything. But we must do something about it, otherwise the consequences may be the most unpredictable.

The pressure in our world is everywhere. Employers sometimes simply bully their employees, forcing them to work overtime or work on their day off. Teachers also ask students a lot of homework or class work, and scold, and sometimes even ridicule children's work if someone did not have time to do the work in time. Sometimes such things can negatively affect the psyche and emotional state of a person. It may happen that a person just one day will break under the pressure of problems hanging over him.

It is important to know and understand that stress and depression are very dangerous feelings. Work can be important, study can be important, but they will never be more valuable than human life. If you run yourself, unleash your feelings that have accumulated, and do not discuss it with someone that can happen not just a nervous breakdown. Sometimes people are so worried that they see no other choice but to take their own lives. No work, no prestigious University will not return the nerves spent. So, you can use a few simple tips to prevent depression from taking over other feelings:

  1. Always discuss your problems and events with friends or loved ones, do not keep it to yourself.
  2. If you do not have time to finish the work on time, do not despair - it is quite natural.
  3. If you notice that the work of one headache and stress, it means that it is time to change the work.

Always remember that no matter how important some project at work was, or poorly written test work at school, they are not worth ruining their health, because health is the basis of a long life, and we need to live and take care of ourselves.
