Nowadays there are a lot of comic books, films and novels where people can find superheroes. Some people think that all heroes have super-human power and wear special costumes for the recognition. Others consider that heroes are usual people, for example, doctors, firemen and policemen.

As for me, I think that a real hero is my mum and I am proud of her. Firstly, my mum is a doctor, she works a lot and helps a lot of people to take care of their health, moreover, it saves their lives. This job requires real courage, heroism, bravery and dedication to her work. I believe that these qualities characterize a real hero. Secondly, my mum can do all things in this life, for instance, she can be a teacher because a mother helps my sister with homework, spending a whole evening, sometimes nights, explaining difficult things and solving problems. Also, my mum can be a cooker, she cooks delicious breakfasts that are prepared with love. Furthermore, she is a psychologist because I can talk with her about all things and tell all my secrets, she solves all problems of our family. On the one hand, my mother is a friend like a teenager, she understands my funny stories and jokes. On the other hand, my mum is sometimes very serious and strict, she gives me necessary advices, explaining my mistakes because my mum has a big life experience. My mother is an incredibly strong woman, after dad’s death, she was able to raise me on her own and give me the best without wasting time on self-pity.

In conclusion, I want to say that real heroes do not always wear cloaks. A real hero is funny, kind and sympathetic person who cares about the people around him and helps them in difficult situations. I admire my mum and strive to be like her.
