Leader is an extraordinary person

Leader is an extraordinary person who has bright personality traits. In my opinion, this type of people has a set of characteristics which differs them from others.

Firstly, natural leaders are independent. They make decisions on their own account without a fear of responsibility. Natural leaders don't fear to take risks and their ideas are original. But I think, they can not only focus on themselves, natural leaders try to take care of other people and listen to their requests, offers and complaints in order to make people's life better. What is more, natural leaders are really sociable because this feature helps them to develop a very confiding relationships with people around.

However, natural leaders are not perfect superheroes. Sometimes they make mistakes, but they can easily accept them and go on, trying to find new ways of solution to a problem. In addition, leaders can argue with others about some issues, but they only want to ensure justice and clarify their point of view.

All in all, I consider natural leader as a vigorous and active person, who is respected by other people for a strength of mind and a resolute temper.
