If I Had a Million Dollars

If I had a million dollars, like any normal person, I would first buy an apartment and a car. It's in the first place.

Secondly, I would spend part of the money to start my own business. I have a dream to have my own business for a long time. I even have a plan to make it happen. But that takes money. Business, as you know, is able to bring high profitability. In addition, the business can be turned into a favorite thing that is interesting and want to do.

I'd also open an animal shelter. I love animals, so I would like to contribute to the fact that in my city there are fewer stray cats and dogs. Why the need for such shelters?

1. First, they provide operational assistance and care for the animal.

2. Secondly, it is a long-term care of the animal.

3.Third point, most shelters make an effort to find a lost host.

4.Well, the fourth, positive point - is the search for a new home and owner.

Of course, I would like to go on a trip with my family. I like European countries – England, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France. My dream is to see the old European castles, wander through the quiet streets neat, which I saw on TV. But I have never been to other countries except Russia and Kazakhstan.

Another part of the money I would have spent to ensure that they bring passive income. That is, I would buy a property in order to rent it out. Real estate, unlike many assets, is not subject to inflation. Therefore, this is one of the most promising and reliable areas for investment. Many successful people made fortunes in real estate.

I would also invest a little in Bank deposits and buy shares of some enterprise.
