I started my first job at the age of 18

I started my first job at the age of 18. It was difficult to work for someone because I had not done this before and did not think that at such an early age I would go to work in a place that was not familiar to me. 
at first everything was fine until I started scolding the staff, first with the administrator and then with the mentors and I had to leave this job because I didn't like working there people were not so kind as in everyone in such small supermarkets.  A little later I still found a job and this time I got a job with my friends, but again as a salesman as a consultant, which I really didn't like to do it, but here it was okay as I worked with more normal and modern people and in my first job I worked in the department for chemical funds and here in the grocery.
and the experience that I received for these two jobs is, firstly, how to work in such places, and secondly, how to communicate with clients and with staff, but I also did not work here for a long time, because due to complaints from the girls they were fired later I found a job through my friend and this time started working in a fast food cafe and the boss went to the same school and so he treated me well in the beginning I started working here, I met cute girls, which helped me a little at work, but I didn’t work there for a long time because I wasn’t good enough for them, so I left there, but instead I learned to make pizza boxes, I worked near the cash register as it was my main job I didn’t get such skills as professional workers.
but for an 18-year-old guy it was not bad to collect some experience in this area and eventually learned how to communicate with clients with working staff how to work at the checkout even though. I had to work there for a short time and still need to work in such places to at least learn something about work but now the youth are too lazy.
