I believe that a person who wants to become a Manager must take care of many aspects, both personal and professional. That is, he must develop both leadership skills, business and human qualities, and take care of his professional training, the ability to plan the company's activities, coordinate and ensure control of work.

And also he should remember:

The Manager must remember that a high-class Manager is able to turn a harmful (interfering phenomenon) into a useful (helping to achieve the goal).

The Manager must develop a habit: everything that he encounters, consider from the point of view of the benefits for the business.

Keep your promises on time. If you can't do it, don't make excuses, but set a new deadline and keep your word, even if it's late.

Be attentive and objective to “useless” offers.

Reject unnecessary offers, but tactfully and politely.

Being self – confident, avoid being self-confident, self-confidence is a prerequisite for using not the best techniques and methods in your work.

The Manager must remember that nothing compromises the entrepreneur more than his confusion.

To effectively subordinate, you need to be able to obey, at least the circumstances.

Educate subordinates unobtrusively, but surely, encourage their fruitful work and initiative.

Never forget that his opinion is not always good, there are other opinions, not the worst.

To be guided in work by three “not”: not to be irritated, not to be lost, not to be sprayed.

Be tolerant of people's shortcomings, if these shortcomings do not interfere with the business.

Praise in public, encourage in private.

Be able to listen.

Provide employees with maximum freedom to achieve the company's goals.
