Child crime

Child crime has been at all times, but now it is a real problem of our time. Adults all the time disappear at work, and children, as a rule, are given to themselves. Sometimes they have nothing to do and, falling under the pernicious influence of friends, they commit offenses.
Mostly teenagers are stealing. Someone purely out of curiosity, and someone from the desire to receive money or some items. All children want expensive phones, computers, games, but not all parents can buy expensive equipment for their children. Therefore, many are beginning to steal, and not even money, but various mobile devices.
There are cruel children who are able to beat or even kill a person. They believe that they have not yet reached the age of majority and therefore will not be punished. But what about the value of human life and dignity? It seems to me that such adolescents should be punished regardless of age. To reduce juvenile delinquency, parents should raise children and, at the very least, explain to them what can and cannot be done.
