A special dish, eaten in your family on a special day

I’d like to tell you about the tastiest dish called Lagman. It is a favorite special dish in my family. It has come to my family long time ago and it has a special meaning for me and my family.

Lagman is a native dish for half of my family, because many years ago my family lived in Kazakhstan and when we moved to Russia we continued cooking this dish. We even decided to make it our family tradition. It has this name because of special noodles and spices. In Kazakhstan people eat it very often and with great pleasure. They have different options how to cook it. Sometimes the whole family get together and cook Lagman, so it shows the real unity of family. My family eats it in the evening, when the whole family is together. We cook a big plate of meat and noodles with vegetables. Unfortunately, we are very far away from our Kazakhstan family, but this dish makes us remember traditions. This is a very touching, so we decided to cook it on a special days.

There are a lot of recipes of making Lagman. I do not know how to cook this dish, but my mother knows. She can cook a lot of tasty dishes, but Lagman is her best dish. She puts the whole her heart in this dish.

Usually we use some popular vegetables and pork to cook it. It takes a lot of time to make this tasty thing, but it does worth it.

There are a lot of interesting dishes in Kazakhstan, but this one is loved by everyone. If one day you will come to Kazakhstan, you should try this dish and enjoy it’s flavoring taste. I consider this dish suits each special occasion!
