We will start the journey in the historical center of the district

We will start the journey in the historical center of the district - at Butovo station, which played a significant role in the development of this area. With its emergence, the small village, which began back in the 17th century, became a settlement with a number of industrial enterprises. And it was so: in 1866 near Butovoy there was a railway, which, however, delivered residents only trouble, as the nearest stopping points were located in Tsaritsin and Podolsk. A few years later, at the request of local residents, the B utovo station will be built - and the area will immediately become extremely attractive to people and industry. In particular, the second life will be given to the brick factory Abels, which once supplied its products to Moscow and Moscow region.

The emergence of transport arteries also positively affected Butov 's economic situation: the land around the new station immediately began to cost more. Gradually, country settlements began to appear, in which famous residents lived, such as the Russian writer Leonid Andreev.

Continuing our tour, we will go to Admiral Ushakov Boulevard to look at the monument erected in honor of the great Russian navy and admiral, who did not lose any ships in the battles, Fyodor Fyodorovich Ushakov. It was opened in September 1998.

Now the area has become huge as a city, circle shops, factories, metro, shopping malls and businesses.
