In our world today, there are not enough leaders in the full sense of the word

Whether it’s personal, professional or social, or something more peculiar or creative, we need leaders everywhere. Leadership is not only the ability to lead others, but also the ability to manage one’s own life.

Leadership is a managerial relationship between a leader and followers, based on a combination of various sources of power effective for a given situation and aimed at encouraging people to achieve common goals. In my opinion, leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring. It is believed that the ideal for leadership is a combination of the two foundations of power: personal and organizational. In general, the leadership of a leader is recognized by his followers when he has already proved his competence and value to individual employees, groups and the organization as a whole. The most salient features of an effective leader are: 1) vision of the situation as a whole; 2) communication abilities; 3) flexibility in decision making. Leadership also includes looking for leadership potential in others. By developing leadership skills within your team, you create an environment where you can continue success in the long term. And that's a true measure of great leadership. A leader should be perceived as "one of us." A study of business biographies of successful leaders shows that a leader has certain common characteristics with group members. Therefore, he is perceived as “one of us”, and not “alien”.

In conclusion i want to say that, leaders are those who have high intelligence, the ability to understand others, as well as self-confidence, independence, will.
