How to become a good manager?

In the modern literature there are many definitions and meanings of the term "manager". But in my opinion, in the narrow sense “manager” means a position, a profession. The manager is the manager, he is the person who connects the staff in the organization and determines the goals and tasks that must be carried out in the process of the organization’s activities, it also controls this activity, motivates the employees to perform their duties.

Being a manager is fun and exciting. This profession is full of new twists and turns and offers many career opportunities. For example, first you can be a low-level manager. But if you work hard and demonstrate your best qualities, then you can get a promotion and soon become a top manager. The main functions of a manager are planning, organization, motivation and control. The level of difficulty depends on the size and number of controlled objects. Some personal qualities are also important for success in this area, because, first of all, management is about working with people.

The manager should possess such qualities as endurance and adaptability, sociability and politeness, subordination and not conflict, responsibility and justice. The manager can be both a man and a woman. This should be a person in a classic form of dress, should prove to be a valuable and indispensable employee, a professional in his field, able to please the other person, draw him to him. Each manager has their own approaches and management methods. That experience is the main assistant of any manager, on its basis the manager solves all the tasks facing him, so the manager is, of course, the right hand of a manager who always helps him in managing the organization and the people working in it.

I can state with confidence that the manager is an indispensable assistant in the organization's mechanism, it promotes fruitful and high-quality functioning. That's how I see a modern manager.
