Why is time management important in the workplace?
Valuable the man who knows his business, knows how to manage well and achieve their goals, regardless of its appearance and education. This is the main standard of the real head. But even with all the above skills, the Manager will not be successful if it is not properly organize their time and working day. Time – irreversible. It is impossible to accumulate, multiply, or transfer. It takes forever.
Unfortunately in Russia since ancient times has developed the concept of a leader as a person with a minimal amount of free time, and the less time had the head, the greater a person he seemed. But really it only indicates a low level of self-management, which is a consistent and purposeful use of proven practices into everyday practice in order to optimally and meaningful use of their time.
Thus, we can safely say that the success of each leader depends not only on material and economic values, but also on how he manages the most valuable asset - time.
