What characteristics do you think natural leaders have?

My point is that the qualities of a natural leader should be peculiar and each of them is individual for a certain circle of people, because someone is hooked by humor, another person's mind or beauty, and the third is the ability to express their thoughts correctly. The ability to correctly express your thoughts is a quality that every leader should have, because if you correctly present the idea, then it will take root in people’s head.

If you look at the leaders, then they have not only the ability to express their thoughts, they have a bunch of different skills. It is not for nothing that everyone first pays attention to the appearance, since for people it is important that society is built in such a way that our appearance is more important than the inner world of a person. The leader should look neatly attract attention not only with speech, but also with view.

But if this is so, why are there other leaders who simply can speak? Because people are attracted by the word and not by their appearance, and maybe at first we build the first image according to our external appearance, but if a person is not able to speak, then what is the point in communicating with him, and even more so in listening to him. Warlords are not particularly attractive, but they have words that can motivate young soldiers. A leader must be able to speak and evoke emotions. Just looking good is not enough.

In conclusion, I want to say that everyone has their own leadership qualities, but the primary source of these qualities is the mind.
